You will be the FF&E expert on our projects, making sure every furniture package is commercially sound, delivered to a high standard and true to the client’s brand, while mentoring junior consultants and helping shape how our FF&E team works.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nFurniture Scheduling: Lead the development of detailed furniture schedules from drawings, design proposals and project briefs.\nFF&E Advisory: Give clients expert, proactive guidance on furniture solutions that meet project requirements, budgets, lead times and sustainability goals.\nClient Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact in client meetings, workshops and presentations, giving clients clarity and confidence in the FF&E direction.\nCommercial Ownership: Own FF&E costing, commercial proposals and value engineering to make sure projects are profitable and accurately priced.\nProcurement & Negotiation: Support procurement, negotiation and vendor selection to get the best value and performance for each project.\nSupplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and project stakeholders to support quality and commercial outcomes.\nQuality & Compliance: Oversee compliance with project specifications, standards and installation quality through site visits and coordination.\nProject Planning & Risk: Give senior input on project resourcing, timelines and risk management.\nContinuous Improvement: Embed best practice, efficient processes and technology across FF&E workflows.\nTeam Development: Coach and support junior team members, and share knowledge to build the team’s capability.\nExperience you will have:\nExtensive experience in commercial furniture, FF&E design and/or furniture installation in workplace or commercial environments.\nExperience in a furniture dealership, manufacturer or workplace design & build environment (highly advantageous).\nDeep familiarity with specifying commercial furniture products, systems and manufacturers.\nProven commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing fees, proposals and vendor agreements.\nA strong understanding of drawings, specifications and installation operations.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement, presentation and communication skills.\nExperience mentoring or supporting others and contributing to team development.\nA qualification in a design, procurement or business discipline.\nProficiency in design tools, desktop publishing and CAD software (preferred).\nAdditional languages are an advantage.\nWhat We Offer\nIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
