As a vital member of our team, you will manage on-site operations, ensuring that subcontractors, stakeholders, and the Unispace team are aligned and that projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Your leadership as Site Manager will help bring our innovative designs to life while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. By championing Unispace’s values and methodologies, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional spaces that exceed client expectations.\nWhat you’re responsible for\nGain a thorough understanding of subcontractor contracts, project scope, drawings, and specifications.\nExecute delivery strategies to ensure project success and manage relationships and communication with on-site stakeholders, including clients, landlords, tenants, and agents.\nMonitor and manage the performance of subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes and provide clear communication with the Unispace team regarding on-site activities and progress.\nCollaborate across disciplines, regions, and studios to effectively implement Unispace’s 80/20 methodology alongside upholding our culture, values, and behaviors in all aspects of project management.\nEnsure strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site, maintain site cleanliness and manage setup and establishment of job sites.\nOversee program management, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet all deadlines.\nComplete punch lists, ensure quality control, quality assurance at every stage, maintain accurate on-site documentation and oversee document control processes.\nImplement site risk management plans and escalate risks or issues to the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager when necessary, following ethical practices.\nManage the project close-out process, ensuring smooth completion, handover and support and contribute to the implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility program.\nYour experience and skills\nRelevant experience in construction project management, with commercial fit-out experience.\nStrong understanding of health and safety standards, with relevant qualifications.\nKnowledge of construction sequencing, building codes and the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact across teams, stakeholders, able to influence others and develop effective teams.\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.\nProficiency in project management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\nProven track record of delivering projects successfully and managing subcontractors.\nBased in Paris with experience of the local market\nThe statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this role.
