The role will contribute to improving product performance and quality, reducing costs, and ensuring that developed products meet the required technical and manufacturing specifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop new product components and products to improve product efficiency and quality while reducing costs, under the supervision of the direct manager.\n\nDevelop prototypes and conduct technical tests and evaluations.\n\nUnderstand the reference specifications of the company's products and prepare standard specifications for materials and products under development.\n\nPrepare and update technical files, product documentation, and engineering drawings.\n\nCollaborate with Production and Quality teams to conduct and evaluate production trials.\n\nImplement required modifications to designs based on technical feedback and test results.\n\nAnalyze competitors' product specifications and performance through reverse engineering and prepare the required reports.\n\nInspect and evaluate new products to ensure compliance with defined specifications.\n\nAnalyze technical defects identified during the warranty period and contribute to identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nSupport continuous product improvement and development activities.\n\nConduct product testing, measurement, and validation activities to ensure product performance and compliance with required specifications.\n\nApply Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, test reports, and engineering drawings.\n\nStay updated on new technologies, materials, and engineering solutions relevant to product development.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.\n\n1–3 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Engineering Design.\n\nGood knowledge of product design and development fundamentals.\n\nAbility to analyze test results and use relevant engineering design software.\n\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.\n\nAbility to learn and continuously develop technical knowledge.\n\nGood awareness of modern technologies and engineering solutions.\n\nAbility to manage time, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a highly organized manner.\n\nExcellent organizational and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.\n\nPrevious experience in Lighting, LED, Electrical Products, or a related manufacturing industry is a plus.\n\nExperience with CAD or other relevant engineering design software is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis and technical problem-solving methodologies is a plus.\n\nExperience in product testing, measurement, and validation is a
