You’ll create content across social media, blog posts, emails and ads, with a focus on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. You’ll write everything from explainer threads to launch campaigns to content that helps developers build on Uniswap.\nWorking with product, design, business development, engineering, and research, you’ll help take ideas from concept to launch: shaping the content calendar, supporting go-to-market plans, and keeping every piece in Uniswap’s distinct voice. You’ll use analytics to learn what resonates with our audiences and feed those insights into what we make next. You know crypto and DeFi inside out, you have a sharp ear for tone, and you’re always trying new platforms and tools, including LLMs, to reach people where they are.\nResponsibilities\nProduce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, blog posts, emails, and ads\n\nAssist in executing our overall social strategy from concepting ideas, to coordinating among teams, to executing, to creatively bringing messages to life to our community\n\nAssist with content creation and execution from start to finish for all platforms, in coordination with multiple teams and while maintaining Uniswap's distinct brand tone\n\nSupport in developing the social media calendar for all platforms, which is integrated with communications and product timelines\n\nAssist with executing GTM plans by partnering cross-functionally with internal team members and external stakeholders\n\nRun analytics and develop insights that are relevant to our core audiences and integrate findings into engagement planning\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain current and effective\n\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience running multiple social media platforms for an organization or agency\n\nObsessed with crypto and DeFi as transformative opportunities\n\nProven ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand, with experience in everything from explainer threads, to product marketing, to banger memes\n\nExcellent copywriting skills and ability to develop and adapt tone of voice\n\nDeep understanding of social media platforms, especially X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit\n\nNice to Haves\nGraphic design experience and familiarity with basic design tools to create image content\n\nExperience creating content with new tools & platforms like LLMs\n\nLove for unicorns :) Minimum full-time salary of $114,000 - $154,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
