When you join Uniswap, you become part of a team reshaping how value flows on the internet.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a workplace coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our headquarters in SoHo, New York. You’ll be the heart of the office. You’ll make sure every teammate, new hire and guest who walks through our doors has a great experience, and you’ll build a workspace people want to come to every day.\nThis role calls for strong planning, communication and organization. It also calls for someone who can handle many internal and external requests at once and stay composed, courteous and efficient while doing it. It’s a full-time role based on site at our SoHo office.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the office experience\nBe the main point of contact for the office, and the first stop for questions and requests. Close them out quickly and with care.\n\nWelcome visitors and manage guest access, deliveries, mail and packages.\n\nKeep the office well maintained, stocked, safe and good-looking, including the kitchen, snacks, printers and meeting rooms.\n\nRun the office food and beverage program, from daily lunches and weekly treats to keeping the pantry stocked.\n\nSet up desks, badges and equipment for new hires and visiting teammates.\n\nManage vendors, facilities and the building\nBuild strong relationships with our landlord and on-site building management. That covers key card requests, guest lists for events and booking the freight elevator for deliveries.\n\nManage our cleaning, security, maintenance, HVAC and other facilities vendors.\n\nOrder supplies and furniture, track inventory and stay within budget.\n\nCoordinate repairs, moves and changes to the space.\n\nKeep lease, insurance and compliance paperwork current with Finance and Legal.\n\nBring our culture to life\nPlan and run in-office events such as team lunches, happy hours and external panels.\n\nSupport team offsites and onsites, from choosing venues and booking travel to handling logistics on the ground.\n\nPartner with People Ops on onboarding and recognition so every new hire has a smooth, memorable first day.\n\nKeep the operations side running\nProcess office invoices and expenses in line with our expense policy.\n\nTrack the office budget and flag overruns early.\n\nSupport calendars, travel bookings and ad hoc admin as needed.\n\nPartner with People and IT on onboarding, offboarding and equipment.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years in office management, facilities, workplace operations or executive administration\n\nA proactive, service-minded team player with excellent attention to detail\n\nStrong organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities while staying calm\n\nClear written and verbal communication, and the ability to build good relationships with teammates at every level, as well as with vendors and visitors\n\nComfort negotiating with vendors and keeping to a budget\n\nSound judgment with confidential information and with expense and invoice processing\n\nProficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and expense and travel tools\n\nAble to work on site in New York five days a week, and to lift and move supplies as needed\n\nNice to have\nExperience at a fast-growing startup, tech or crypto company\n\nExperience planning events of 50+ people, including offsites\n\nFamiliarity with badge, access-control and building-management systems\n\nA basic understanding of office safety and emergency procedures\n\nCuriosity about crypto and the Uniswap ecosystem\n\nA passion for unicorns The pay range for this role is $39.00 - $49.00 per hour, in line with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law. Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills.
