The role administers guardrail and policy controls in line with Customer-defined security, data-residency, and compliance requirements, and represents Provider in security and governance forums.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn governance, security, and compliance oversight for the Anthropic Claude platform Managed Services engagement.\nImplement and administer guardrail and policy controls (usage controls, financial guardrails) in line with security policies, data-residency requirements, and compliance standards communicated by Customer.\nSupport the biweekly AI Review Board and the monthly AI Security governance forum, representing Provider's security posture and guardrail compliance evidence.\nProvide L1.5 security-trained support for Incidents and Service Requests with security or compliance implications, alongside Claude-certified associates and the AI Architect.\nProcess guardrail exceptions and policy change requests, helping ensure the Guardrail & Policy Change Implementation Service Level (SL-8) target is met.\nMaintain supporting control evidence for security and compliance governance forums and audits.\nPartner with the AI Architect(s) on secure onboarding of tenant, API gateway, SSO, and SOC/SIEM integrations.\nSupport Consulting-track security/governance advisory requests, including roadmap and governance advisory under Large consulting engagements.\nEscalate security-related L3 matters to Anthropic and/or Customer's CISO / Security & Compliance team as required.\nLiaise with Customer's CISO / Security & Compliance Team to confirm and operationalize applicable security, data-residency, and compliance standards.\nRequired Qualifications\n8-12 years of experience in security/compliance architecture, including AI/data governance\nClaude Certified Architect - Foundations (CCA-F) - Anthropic's official proctored certification for designing and shipping enterprise-grade Claude applications (or committed to obtaining it within an agreed timeframe of joining).\nProven experience in security or compliance architecture roles, ideally covering AI/GenAI platforms or enterprise SaaS.\nWorking knowledge of data-residency, privacy, and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise AI deployments.\nExperience implementing and governing usage guardrails, policy controls, and financial/usage controls for a managed platform.\nAbility to represent a service provider in formal security governance forums and produce audit-ready control evidence.\nExperience providing security-trained tier-1.5 support for incidents with security or compliance impact.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.\nExperience with the Anthropic Claude platform or comparable enterprise LLM/GenAI platforms.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow/ITSM-based guardrail and policy change workflows.\nExperience in regulated or data-sensitive industries (e.g., real estate services, financial services).\nYou will be successful in this role if you have:\nBA/BS degree and 8-12 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience\nUnisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.\nLocal employment practices and rights may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable local laws.
