What success looks like in this role:

Brinda soporte técnico completo en sitio para un grupo asignado de clientes, tomando completa responsabilidad de las actividades realizadas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Ejecuta mantenimiento avanzado de equipos y sistemas, incluyendo instalaciones de media complejidad.

  • Diagnostica, resuelve problemas técnicos y aplica soluciones de manera proactiva.

  • Proporciona retroalimentación sobre equipos, sistemas y procesos para mejorar la calidad del servicio.

  • Identifica problemas recurrentes dentro del equipo y contribuye a su resolución.

  • Colabora con otros miembros del equipo, ofreciendo asistencia técnica y compartiendo conocimientos.

  • Documenta actividades, incidentes y métricas relevantes para mejorar la entrega de servicios.

  • Monitorea problemas técnicos y de procesos, proponiendo recomendaciones de mejora al manager o al equipo.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Escolaridad:

  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales o afín (concluida o trunca).

  • Técnico en Sistemas Computacionales o afín.

Habilidades y requerimientos:

  • Experiencia práctica de 2 a 3 años en soporte técnico en sitio.

  • Conocimiento en salas de videoconferencia y herramientas ITSM.

  • Experiencia en carga de imágenes, configuración y optimización de equipos.

  • Capacidad de resolución de problemas técnicos de complejidad variable.

Otros requisitos:

  • Disponibilidad para guardias y apoyo fuera de horario según operación.

  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad.

  • Trato amable y paciente con usuarios.

  • Organizada/o y puntual.
