Strategic Analytics Lead – Salesforce Field Services Operations

What success looks like in this role:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, correlations, and hidden relationships that aren't immediately obvious
• Translate raw data patterns into actionable business insights and clear recommendations
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions and frame analyses that directly address them
• Validate data quality and integrity, and flag anomalies or inconsistencies before they reach decision-makers
• Participate in system designs from a data pipeline standpoint.

Storytelling & Executive Communication

• Craft compelling, narrative-driven presentations that make complex data intuitive for non-technical audiences
• Present findings and recommendations directly to Vice President and senior leadership audiences
• Tailor the depth and framing of insights based on the audience - from detailed analyst reviews to concise executive summaries
• Anticipate leadership questions and proactively build supporting detail into analyses and decks

Dashboarding & CRM Analytics

• Define and own the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the global Field Services organization, proactively identifying operational inefficiencies to drive cost reduction(Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
• Partner with Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to translate corporate strategy into data-backed operational roadmaps driving measurable business outcomes through CRM Analytics insights and reporting.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually clear, and tailored to the decision-making needs of different stakeholder groups
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards as business needs and data sources evolve

• Your analytical recommendations directly lead to measurable improvements, improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support executive deciion-making.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's /Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data from multiple sources
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics); Salesforce platform familiarity is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience with forecasting techniques and gap/variance analysis
• Excellent data storytelling skills - proven ability to translate analysis into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership or VP-level audiences
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts (trend analysis, correlation, distributions) and how to apply them to business problems
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling
• Experience working within a CRM ecosystem (Salesforce Service Cloud, Data 360) and understanding of underlying data models
• Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts as applied to forecasting
• Experience in industries with high-volume operational data (e.g., support operations, supply chain)
