Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (Angular)

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Software Applications Engineering support for larger and more complex applications / project areas.
• Performs build and deployment for application development efforts.
• Designs basic requirements that are effective, timely and comply with project standards.
• Configures, programs and tests applications / technical architecture components.
• Fixes defects and performance related problems.
• Accountable for service commitments at individual request level for in scope development work.
• Reviews design, coding, and unit testing to ensure compliance with the standard defined for the project.
• Works with the BA team to understand requirements and use cases.
• Develop sizing for assigned use cases with inputs from the BA team.
• Deploys QAT or UAT environments independently.
• Works closely with the testing team to understand existing and newly generated issues (regression) and works towards providing solutions.
• Explores alternative solutions by selecting the best option, through applying DAR techniques.
• Participates in code reviews, works with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensures the integrity of pre-production environments, such as development, test, QA and staging environments.
• Leads efforts in specific process improvement and technical automation areas.
• Provides regular status updates for self / team to project lead / manager.
• Helps less experienced team members in completion of upskilling training / tasks. #LI-SN1

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• REST API integration
• .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 8+ , ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
• Web API Development
• Database
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Database Design & Data Modeling
• Containerization & DevOps ( Docker, Container orchestration concepts (Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage))
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git / Azure DevOps / GitHub
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Azure or AWS
• Cloud architecture fundamentals
• Cloud deployment concepts
• Monitoring and logging fundamentals
• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Angular, .NET, and SQL Server, including front-end, back-end, and database components.
• Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and performance-critical queries.
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers, while supporting cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to solution architecture, application modernization, scalability, performance, security, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, secure coding practices, testing, and compliance with development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders, while mentoring junior developers and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, deployment support, and performance monitoring.
• Preferred experience in Banking and Financial Services, with knowledge of branch banking, payments, lending, deposits, transaction processing, API security, DevSecOps, and event-driven architectures.
