This role involves scripting and building ticket-exchange (eBonding) integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using ShareLogic Unifi, and supporting those integrations once they are live.\nSkill Set:\nServiceNow platform development (server-side and client-side JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer)\nShareLogic Unifi (Integration Designer, integrations, messages, actions, heartbeat monitoring)\neBonding / ticket-exchange integrations (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)\nREST and SOAP web services (inbound and outbound), Scripted REST APIs\nJSON, XML and XSD / WSDL\nServiceNow IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps and MID Server\nAuthentication and security (OAuth 2.0, Basic, API keys, mTLS, credential management)\nProtocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP) and asynchronous messaging patterns\nITSM processes and the ServiceNow data model\nAutomated Test Framework (ATF) and integration testing\nSource control, update sets / scoped apps and DevOps practices\nWorking knowledge of B2B / multi-vendor integration domain\nExperience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce or other ITSM platforms - will be an added advantage\nServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) - will be an added advantage\nYou will be successful in this role if you have:\nBuild and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, from no-code configuration to pro-code scripting.\nDevelop integrations between ServiceNow and various end-point applications, including bi-directional sync of states, comments, work notes and attachments.\nBuild and unit test services and integration scripts, using stubs / mock endpoints.\nCreate reusable integration templates (golden images) to speed up partner and customer onboarding.\nParticipate in test case execution (SIT / UAT) and carry out investigation by analysing integration logs, message payloads and HTTP requests.\nMonitor integration health, handle failed or stuck messages, replay transactions and resolve integration issues.\nSupport Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades by regression-testing integrations.\nMaintain integration documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.\nUS Citizenship required along with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.\nOthers:\nThe successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the ServiceNow Integrations platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.\nAround 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools\nHands on technical knowledge in at least one of the following:\nServiceNow REST / SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub\nShareLogic Unifi, or other eBonding / ticket-exchange integration platforms\nThis role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
