You will support the Procurement functions' daily operations and ensure smooth supply chain processes.\nAssist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents\nSupport the evaluation and selection of vendors through market research and data analysis\nCollaborate with team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements\nPrepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities\nYou will work closely with all team members, supporting them with procurement and supply management requests for support related to their categories.\nYou will promote, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with the Global Procurement Policy and associated processes for internal and external stakeholders.\nYou will independently manage one or more spending categories with the team's support.\nYou will conduct an intermediate-level financial analysis of tender responses to present to the senior team and the overall Global Head of Procurement.\nYou will be responsible for keeping the Procurement Source to Contract platform updated for all contracts and supplier management (contract end dates, etc.) and identifying opportunities for improvements in systems and processes.\nYou will be responsible for updating the Procurement intranet site to ensure it is current and up to date, and recommending and implementing improvements.\nThe list is not exhaustive. The role will be challenging, rewarding, and you will be learning from Day 1.\n Must be willing to learn new skills, processes, and techniques, demonstrating a curious mindset and creativity in problem-solving. Additionally, you should be able to articulate and recommend effective solutions.\nMust be comfortable working in a close-knit team and also be capable of working independently.\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar position.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with experience in handling complex data.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are required.\nAttention to detail, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from beginning to end, is crucial.\nKnowledge of procurement processes and best practices is essential.\nFamiliarity with supplier management and vendor relationships is preferred.\nStrong time management and prioritization skills are vital, along with the ability to meet deadlines.\n A positive attitude and a can-do mindset are essential for achieving excellent outcomes for yourself, your stakeholders, and your team.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.\n Who we are?\nWe are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
