Reports to Collections Team Lead.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage, coach, and develop a team of Collections Specialists.\nMonitor collection performance, aged debt, and cash targets.\nSupport team members with escalated and high-value accounts.\nDrive timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive customer relationships.\nLead the resolution of business disputes by working with customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Success, and Legal, to reach commercially appropriate solutions.\nAct as the main escalation point for complex collection and dispute cases.\nIdentify and mitigate bad debt risks and recommend recovery actions where required.\nProduce regular reporting on collections performance, disputes, and account risk.\nContinuously improve collections processes, controls, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.\n Key Skills\nTeam leadership and people management.\nFluent English language\nCredit control and collections expertise.\nBusiness dispute resolution.\nNegotiation and stakeholder management.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAnalytical and results-driven mindset.\n Who we are?\nWe are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
