You will play a key role in stablising and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\nAlongside managing complex support cases and escalations, you will help develop team capability through knowledge sharing, training, and coaching, while also gaining exposure to both Unit4 ERP and ERPx through structured learning opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases across EMEA and UK regions\n\nAct as a subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations\n\nProvide guidance and mentoring to team members as required\n\nDeliver training sessions and support knowledge development within the team\n\nTake ownership of escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolution\n\nOperate within a flat team structure, covering both first-line and advanced support responsibilities\n\nBalance operational support delivery with strategic contributions such as mentoring and process improvement\n\nContribute to special projects and process improvements\n\nWork across both Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge via a rotation programme\n\n Must-Have\nProven experience with Unit4 ERP/x (essential)\n\nStrong knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module\n\nBasic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting)\n\nStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nAbility to manage both standard support cases and complex escalations\n\nOccassional travel to customer sites where required\n\nFluent/Native Swedish language\n\nNice-to-Have\nAdvanced SQL knowledge\n\nExperience in mentoring or coaching colleagues\n\nTraining delivery experience\n\nPrevious experience handling escalations in a support environment\n\n Who we are?\nWe are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
