This is not a traditional administrative internship. You will take ownership of a real international project and help turn our ideas into a clear, repeatable programme.\nWorking closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and colleagues across Talent Acquisition and People Experience, you will help create a consistent experience for interns, hiring managers and mentors. The programme will begin with Granada and provide a model that can be adapted for other Unit4 locations.\nYou will gain practical experience in programme management, recruitment operations, university engagement, communications and data. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across different countries and functions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHelp build the programme\nTurn the internship programme proposal into a clear delivery plan. \nHelp define the steps, responsibilities, templates and timelines needed to run internships successfully. \nCreate practical guidance for interns, hiring managers and mentors. \nSupport a consistent intern journey, from attraction and selection through to onboarding, development and end-of-internship review. \nKeep programme actions, decisions, risks and dependencies organised and up to date. \nSupport university and candidate engagement\nResearch relevant universities, courses and student groups, starting with Granada. \nHelp coordinate communication and activities with university contacts. \nSupport the preparation of internship adverts, candidate information and recruitment materials. \nHelp organise recruitment events, interviews and selection activities. \nMaintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process. \nCoordinate the intern experience\nHelp prepare onboarding information and welcome materials. \nCoordinate check-ins with interns, hiring managers and mentors. \nGather feedback during and at the end of each internship. \nHelp identify improvements for future programmes. \nSupport activities that help interns feel part of Unit4 and understand the wider business. \nCreate useful tools and information\nDevelop templates, checklists, trackers and simple programme guides. \nHelp gather information on internship requirements across different locations. \nMaintain accurate programme records and documentation. \nSupport reporting on applications, participation, completed projects, feedback and potential future hiring. \nPrepare clear updates and presentations for the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders. \nSupport the wider Talent Acquisition team\nContribute to other Talent Acquisition operations and improvement projects where needed. \nLook for simple ways to improve processes and reduce unnecessary administration. \nExplore how digital tools and AI can make the programme easier to manage and improve the experience for candidates and managers. \nShare ideas, challenge existing approaches and help us test new ways of working.\n We are more interested in your curiosity, organisation and willingness to learn than in a specific degree subject.\nYou must be fluent in English and Spanish.\nYou may be studying a degree in areas such as:\nHuman Resources or Psychology \nBusiness or Management \nCommunications or Marketing \nEducation \nSocial Sciences or Humanities \nData, Technology or another relevant subject \nWe would like you to bring:\nStrong organisation and attention to detail. \nClear written and verbal communication skills. \nConfidence working with different people and asking questions. \nAn interest in recruitment or project management. \nThe ability to manage several activities and keep others informed. \nA practical approach to solving problems. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools. \nAn interest in AI and how technology can improve the way people work. \nGood spoken and written English. \nSpanish language skills. \nNo previous recruitment experience is required.
