The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire analytics lifecycle, from data collection and processing to analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings to stakeholders across various departments.\nResponsible for the prioritization and planning efforts for the data engineering team spanning across multiple domains\nPartner with key stakeholders to understand their data needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business questions into analytical problems\nDesign, develop, and implement analytical frameworks, models, and dashboards to extract meaningful insights from large, complex datasets\nManage dependencies and set priorities across multiple domains to maintain alignment to the Product release vision and roadmap\nConduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, providing data-driven recommendations to improve business performance\nCollaborate with data governance and application development teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility\nResponsible for tasks related to development/production readiness, product demo and user acceptance\nDevelop and present clear, concise, and compelling reports, visualizations, and presentations to various audiences, including senior leadership \nQualifications\nWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):\nBachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or equivalent in computer science or related STEM field\n3+ years of total IT experience as either a Product Owner/Business Data Analyst or as a Software Engineer \n3+ years of overall Data Analytics / Engineering experience in either AWS or Azure Cloud environments\n3+ years of experience with Big Data technologies like PySpark, DataBricks, Palantir Foundry, Kafka, Redshift, etc.\n3+ years of experience with relational database systems like MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata \nExperience with Visualization tools such as Power-BI, Spotfire, OBIEE, BO, Cognos, Quicksight etc\nKnowledge of data analysis and big data\nRequirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration skills\nAbility to create product roadmaps and prioritize features\nExperience with Agile/Scrum-based development methodologies\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship\nSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualification\nReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position\nWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):\nAWS Certification\n5+ years of total IT experience as either a Product Owner/Business Data Analyst or as a Software Engineer \nStrong experience with continuous integration & delivery using Agile methodologies\nExperience with transportation/airline industry\nThe base pay range for this role is $112,480.00 to $146,540.00.\nThe base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
