If you’re ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.\nJob Overview and Responsibilities\nThis Logistics Services Performance Analysis Managerrole is responsible for leading a team that supports the Logistics Services Organization with project-based and adhoc performance analysis including monitoring performance related to continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring performance related to new process implementations, business case analysis, identifying opportunities, root cause analysis and developing performance leadership report outs.\nThis role will also support the team in building, refining, maintaining and managing performance tools within the Logistics Services organization. To develop performance tools the team translates business requirements from operations leaders to technical requirements. This team is responsible for managing training / change management programs related to tool developments and updates. The team will strive to reduce manual work, by automating more of our performance tools and business processes.\nSupports operation performance analysis by completing adhoc monitoring project performance, identifying areas of opportunity, carrying out root cause analysis and developing performance report outs\nLead development of automated performance tools for the Logistics Services team\nSupport training / change management programs related to operational use of performance tools through direct engagement with stations (frontline through leadership)\nManages projects by drafting project plans, maintaining action/issue log and communicating status to steering committee on a regular basis\nGathers and documents detailed requirements in accordance with customer needs\nSupports building of strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation, learnings and implementation, in partnership with IT, DT and Data Engineering\nQualifications\nWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain or equivalent relevant degree\n4+ years experience in Operations Analysis based role\nTechnical Communication Skills\nStatistical and Analytical Skills\nProject Management Skills\nData Visualization and Design Experience\nAdvanced Knowledge in MS Office\nStrong Leadership with Effective Oral, Written and Interpersonal Skills\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nProficient in writing queries using SQL or similar technologies/languages\nData Visualization experience with Power BI or adjacent programs\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship\nSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualification\nReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position\nWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):\nMaster's degree\nLSS Green Belt or Black Belt\n6+ years experience in Operations Analysis\nAirline Experience\nSupply Chain or Warehousing Experience\nDemonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Applies critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to company policies related to responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.\n\nThe base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.\nThe base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
