Let’s define tomorrow, together.\nDescription\nJob overview and responsibilities\nThe role of a Scrum master is a pivotal role in guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality, business-critical products. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies, identifying and removing impediments, and coaching both the team and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices. You will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams, and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration.\nImpediment and Dependency Management\nProactively identify and track impediments, dependencies and delivery risks, ensuring each has a clear owner and next step.\nCoordinate with partner teams to resolve issues and follow through to closure.\nEscalate promptly when issues exceed the team’s ability to resolve them, communicating the impact, actions taken and support needed.\nTeam Coaching and Accountability\nCoach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices, collaboration and shared accountability.\nHelp teams establish and uphold working agreements, including readiness for planning, timely responses and follow-through on commitments.\nFacilitate constructive conversations about missed commitments, recurring process gaps and conflicting expectations.\nHelp teams become increasingly self-sufficient through clear working agreements, shared ownership and effective knowledge transfer.\nDrive follow-through on retrospective actions and assess whether they improve team outcomes.\nDelivery Transparency\nHelp teams track progress against sprint goals and release plans, making risks and changes visible early.\nPartner with Product Owners, engineering leads and quality engineering to clarify dependencies, sequencing and readiness for delivery.\nUse metrics such as cycle time, work in progress and sprint goal achievement to identify bottlenecks and improve predictability.\nSupport delivery coordination while maintaining clear ownership of product priorities, technical decisions and testing responsibilities.\nStakeholder Communication\nProvide concise, accurate updates on progress, risks, dependencies and changes to delivery expectations.\nFacilitate discussions that produce clear decisions, action owners and next steps.\nConfirm shared understanding across technical teams, business stakeholders and leadership.\nQualifications\nWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):\nBachelor's degree\nBusiness Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred\n4+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with a proven track record of partnering with technical teams to deliver complex technology solutions.\nStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks\nExperience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills\nAbility to lead by example, demonstrating strong servant leadership and a focus on team empowerment\nExperience working in a collaborative, cross-functional Agile environment, with a strong focus on delivering value\nAbility to manage and resolve conflict effectively, keeping the team focused on achieving sprint goals\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams or projects concurrently\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship\nSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualification\nReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position\nWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):\nMaster's degree\nAgile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA) highly desirable\nExperience as a scrum master, agile coach, or in a similar role within an Agile environment \nExperience in an environment involving DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based application delivery\nFamiliarity with Agile frameworks\nExposure to Agile transformations and change management\nBackground in software development or technical project delivery is a plus\nThe base pay range for this role is $112,480.00 to $146,540.00.\nThe base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
