If you’re ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.\nJob Overview and Responsibilities\nThe Senior Analyst- EA Project Management is responsible for oversight of all Supply Chain activities as it relates to Engineering Authorization (EA) projects. This position manages the end-to-end project management for a subset of prioritized EA projects, ensuring processes and timelines are met as required along the project lifespan. This position will coordinate closely with counterparts both inside and outside of the Supply Chain organization including, but not limited to, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Base Material Coordination, Procurement, and Vendor Management. It will be required to organize and report out on project statuses to leadership as required. Effective execution in this role is critical to achieving Technical Operations' goal of managing all EA projects on-time and on-budget.\nDaily management of subset of prioritized EA projects- determine current status, evaluate opportunities to advance project timelines, review potential project obstacles, and develop and implement solutions. \nCollaborate with other work groups to ensure project deliverables that are impactful to Supply Chain are met in a timely manner; develop and enact contingency plans to mitigate potential risks to Supply Chain timelines; escalate to leadership as required to ensure project timelines are managed and met\nDevelopment of Supply Chain activity timelines for individual projects within portfolio to ensure completeness within overall project timeline\nOrganize and report out to leadership on project statuses within their portfolio of projects- on-/off-track reporting, as well as detail and mitigation plans on items of concern. \nQualifications\nWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):\nBachelor Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field\nMinimum 2-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Airline or Manufacturing, Engineering, Analytics or related industries\nAnalytical approach to problem solving, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency\nExperience managing multiple projects, simultaneously with competing priorities, timelines and stakeholders\nSelf-motivated and engrained continuous improvement experience\nExperience designing and developing data analytics tools, dashboards, automations and reporting solutions using Power BI, Palantir, SQL, Excel Power Query, etc.\nDemonstrated ability to develop, automate, and improve business processes through technology, scripting, low-code solutions, or custom-built tools\nStrong communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations\nDemonstrated success identifying innovative opportunities to reduce operational costs, improve performance, and streamline business processes\nHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship\nSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualification\nReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position\n\nWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):\nDemonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
