The UASG owns and operates a diverse yet complementary portfolio of six UAE-based companies encompassing a number of key industry sectors, which includes Abu Dhabi Motors, Dalma Motors, Al Saqer Heavy Equipment, Al Saqer Property Management, Awraq Islamic Financial Brokerage, Royal International Construction, and Royal Joinery.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Strategy\nDevelop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource plans.\n\nMonitor baseline vs. actual progress and implement corrective actions where required.\n\nIdentify risks, delays, and mitigation measures to maintain project timelines.\n\nCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.\n\nSite Management & Supervision\nOversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.\n\nSupervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to plans.\n\nEnsure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.\n\nResolve technical challenges, site constraints, and operational issues effectively.\n\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure implementation of QA/QC procedures and compliance with project specifications and standards.\n\nEnforce HSE policies, safety regulations, and environmental requirements on site.\n\nConduct regular inspections, audits, and coordination meetings to uphold quality and safety standards.\n\nCoordinate closely with QA/QC teams for inspections, ITP compliance, and approvals.\n\nContract & Commercial Coordination\nSupport preparation and evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and variation orders.\n\nMonitor subcontractor performance, claims, and variations in coordination with the commercial team.\n\nAssist in contract administration, progress billing, and cost control processes.\n\nEnsure proper documentation of site instructions, variations, and approvals.\n\nStakeholder & Client Coordination\nAct as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities on site-related matters.\n\nAttend progress meetings and provide accurate updates on construction status.\n\nEnsure client requirements and contractual obligations are met.\n\nTeam Leadership & Reporting\nLead, mentor, and manage the site team, fostering a high-performance culture.\n\nEstablish and track KPIs to ensure team productivity and project targets are achieved.\n\nPrepare and present progress reports, schedules, and performance dashboards to senior management.\n\nPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and quality excellence.\n\nRisk Management & Project Controls\nCoordinate with planning and cost control teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.\n\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and constraints proactively.\n\nImplement corrective and preventive actions to maintain project performance and delivery targets.\n\nQualifications & certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred)\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of 8-10 years in civil construction projects, with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the relevant field is required\n\nProven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.\n\nSkills & Competencies (Technical, Behavioral and Soft)\nTechnical Skills:\nCivil Construction Management\n\nProject Planning & Scheduling\n\nQuality Control & HSE Management\n\nContract & Commercial Coordination\n\nStakeholder & Client Management\n\nLeadership & Team Developmen\n\nBehavioral Skills & Competencies:\nCustomer Focus -
