The Product Genius acts as a brand ambassador and customer experience specialist, responsible for providing in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and guidance to customers. Unlike sales-focused roles, this position emphasizes educating customers on vehicle features, technologies, and benefits to ensure an exceptional showroom experience and increased customer satisfaction.

This is not a sales role. The great thing about being a Product Genius is that you get to share your passion for our products without the pressure of trying to sell them. Your responsibility is to generate excitement, to make our customers feel special, and to inspire them with your knowledge. Test drive is part of the process that helps you bring the driving experience to life for our customers. Because it’s not just about the car’s performance or features. It’s about understanding the customer’s needs, and providing them with the most suitable option.

Requirements

Your profile

• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and technical capability

• UAE Driving license holder for a minimum of 1 year

• Previous customer service experience within the automotive industry

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate to guests in non-technical terms, whilst in a professional and welcoming manner

• Excellent knowledge on technologies and the newest advances in technologies

• Have excellent administration skills, and the ability to be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

• Passion for the product and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience

• Enthusiastic, friendly, confident and helpful, Willing to work hard and learn on the job

• Must be a native Arabic speaker

Qualifications & Certification & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Automotive Technology (preferred).

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles.

• Experience in using OEM systems and CRM platforms such as Key loop/Autoline for recording

• customer interactions, managing leads, and tracking sales activities is preferred.
