Let’s define tomorrow, together.\nDescription\nThe Technical Operations Reliability team ensures United operates safely and dependably by analyzing aircraft defects and operational disruptions. The team monitors trends to notify maintenance and engineering teams of emerging issues and probable corrective actions. The Associate Analyst will aim to provide accurate information and useful insights to help multiple divisions make better data-driven decisions.\nJob Overview and Responsibilities\nProvide accurate and useful data on time including, but not limited to, identifying ATA codes for tech ops interruptions, identifying component/ condition/ other details for system failures, identifying top system failures, supporting fleet reliability meetings\nRegulatory reporting and operational support, including dis-positioning chronic items\nTracking fleet trends and highlighting potential issues by performing operational drill-downs\nSupporting ongoing reliability/fleet initiatives, ad-hoc requests and reporting needs\nProvide accurate and useful data on time including, but not limited to, identifying ATA codes for tech ops interruptions, identifying component/ condition/ other details for system failures, identifying top system failures, supporting fleet reliability meetings\nThis position is offered on local terms and conditions.
