This role is to develop, design, create and modify software applications/systems to support core business functions. This individual will apply proven technical (best practices and patterns), communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help develop/design/implement software applications/systems to maximize IT's benefit to United Airlines.\nParticipate in the design, development, and planning for the software architecture for United’s technology platforms\nSolve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.\nParticipate in code reviews.\nServe as an integral member of the development team to create practical solutions in Agile/DevOps environment\nEnsure consistency with an established software development architecture\nAnalyze and interpret requirements from Business and UX Design Team\nIntroduce new technologies and best practices as needed to solve business problems\nHelp to troubleshoot, test, and maintain the quality and security of the platform\nWork in an Agile environment\nStrong team player and good communicator\nThis position is offered on local terms and conditions.
