and upkeep of company facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.\nConduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, utilities, and facility systems to identify maintenance and repair requirements.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.\nManage and supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure quality and timely completion of work.\nReview and monitor civil works, renovations, repairs, and construction-related activities.\nPrepare scopes of work, technical requirements, cost estimates, and work plans for facility projects.\nMonitor facility maintenance budgets, material requirements, and related expenditures.\nEnsure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and building standards.\nMaintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections, facility assets, and service contracts.\nCoordinate with internal departments to address facility-related requirements and provide effective solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve facility efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness, and workplace conditions.\nSupport facility-related projects, office expansions, renovations, and relocation activities as required.\nPerform other duties related to facilities and engineering as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, construction, or a related engineering role.\nPractical knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, construction, and facility operations.\nExperience in supervising contractors and managing maintenance projects.\nGood understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.\nStrong problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/design software is an advantage.\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple facility-related
