Review and process invoices, audit credit card bills, answer supplier inquiries, reconcile supplier statements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nReview and process invoices, audit credit card bills, answer supplier inquiries, reconcile supplier statements, and process and distribute checks\nRespond to external suppliers and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process, including processing invoices for payment, recording sales tax, issues with processing supplier invoices\nVerify the accuracy of supplier invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used and quantity and pricing match receiving records\nGenerate payment to suppliers on a routine schedule and match the check with backup for review by the accounting manager\nInspect paid and unpaid invoices to maintain accurate files\nDevelop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure easily available information\nReviews daily field logs and receivers and posts cost to purchase orders\n\nQualifications:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \n\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant degree, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, or equivalent education or degree.\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong understanding of accounts payable processes in a corporate setting.\nStrong understanding of financial reporting standards.\nHave basic math skills for addition, subtraction, division, multiplication. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nIntermediate knowledge of accounting software (i.e. Spectrum, QuickBooks).\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nAbility to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.\nAbility to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.\nAbility to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).\nLanguage Proficiency:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to read, write and speak Mandarin required\nNice to have:\nVerbal communication skills in Mandarin.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
