When someone's heat goes out on a January night or their sink won't stop dripping, you're the person who makes it right. The work changes every day because the campus has a little of everything.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, electrical components, and building fixtures throughout resident apartments and community spaces\nRespond to service requests from residents and team members, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of maintenance concerns\nCarry out preventive maintenance activities to help ensure equipment reliability, safety, and peak performance\nDocument completed work, labor hours, and materials used within our maintenance management system\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and ongoing maintenance projects\nAssist with inventory management by monitoring, ordering, and organizing maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment\nWhat you'll need\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n2 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing\nNice to have:\nHVAC and boiler troubleshooting experience\nMaintenance experience in senior living, healthcare, hotels, or apartments\nPay and benefits\n$20.90 to $22.20 per hour, based on experience\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nGroup life insurance, plus voluntary life insurance\nRetirement plan with employer match\nPaid time off plus 9 paid holidays\nTuition assistance, professional development, and online training\nEmployee assistance program and employee discounts\nSchedule\nFull-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm \nWeekend rotation every 5th week\nBefore you start\nOffers depend on a background check and drug screen.
