You’ll be the friendly face residents see every week and the person families call when they need help.\nWhat you’ll do\nGreet residents, families, and visitors, and help them get where they need to go\nAnswer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone\nWatch the resident call system and alert the right staff member right away\nWalk the building on routine rounds and report safety or maintenance concerns\nKeep the visitor log and front desk records up to date\nHelp with filing, data entry, and other office tasks\nWhat you’ll need\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAt least 18 years old\nAvailable for the part-time schedule and additional flexible hours, if needed\nNice to have:\nExperience in customer service, front desk work, or healthcare\nNo senior living experience?
