As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow.\nJob Description\nKYC Review & Documentation\nReview onboarding and periodic KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy and AML/CFT compliance.\nMaintain high-quality case files in line with Group standards.\nDue Diligence & Risk Assessment\nPerform screening, SOW validation, adverse news, CRS and FATCA reviews, with clear rationale and conclusions.\nIdentify and follow up on red flags, trigger events, ML/TF, sanctions and tax compliance risks.\nStakeholder Engagement & Advisory\nWork closely with Front Office, Compliance and other stakeholders across Hong Kong and Singapore to support compliant onboarding and ongoing reviews.\nProvide AML/KYC advisory support and escalate material issues in accordance with established protocols.\nProcess Management & Improvement\nMonitor onboarding and OGR status and escalate issues for timely resolution.\nIdentify gaps and support enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.\nPost-STR Support\nSupport post-STR reviews, including information gathering, transaction checks and monitoring of recurring red flags.\nMaintain and track post-STR cases and documentation, with timely escalation of new concerns.\nUAT & Projects\nSupport UAT and system enhancements, including testing and issue identification.\nParticipate in KYC/AML improvement initiatives and projects.\nJob Requirements\nUniversity degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Law.\n5-8 years’ relevant AML/KYC experience; ACAMS is an advantage.\nSound knowledge of HKMA and SFC AML/CFT requirements.\nExcellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.\nMature, hands-on and independent, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA team player, confident in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.\nCandidates with relevant experience may be considered for an AVP position, while those with more extensive experience may be considered for a VP position.\nAdditional Requirements\nDevelop, Engage, Execute, Strategise, University-BachelorBe a Part of the UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
