Come grow your career with us.\nJob Responsibilities\nThe Security Engineer will support the day to day operations and development of the bank security suite of products with key objective in designing, developing, deploying, maintaining and enhancing the Bank’s Data Security capabilities which includes but is not limited to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), E-Mail Encryption and Operations.\nCreate dashboards, alerts, reports in Splunk.\n\nMaintain and enhance existing reports for business.\n\nDevelop the necessary test cases and perform testing.\n\nImplement and operationalize the use cases.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation in accordance to Bank standards.\n\nEnsure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support quality deliverables.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug and provide production system support for Data Security Engineering services.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues.\n\nExecute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request.\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution\n\nData Security product certifications will be favorable although not mandatory Technical Skills\n\nOverall, 6 years of work experience in information technology and at least 2 years in Cyber Security\n\nWorking experience in integrating solution with Splunk and developing Splunk contents (alerts, reports and dashboards)\n\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in managing and deploying Data Security Solutions\n\nData Security or Splunk product certifications will be favorable although not mandatory\n\nKnowledgeable with the variety of Data Security technologies and familiar with the industry trends and best practices\n\nAnalytical problem solver and good at troubleshooting technical issues\n\nHands-on experience with Windows, Unix or Linux and endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM, JAMF)\n\nProficiency in network technologies, scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell scripts, Python)\n\nAdvanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products\n\nBe a part of UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
