As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow.\nJob Description\nWhat you are expected to do ( Responsbilities ) :\nDevelop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions based on business requirements.\nWork with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities.\nPerform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.\nMonitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation.\nAdhere to SDLC, security, and governance standards.\nWhat qualifies you for the role ( Requirements )\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.\nExperience with Blue Prism or Ui Path or Automation Anywhere.\nKnowledge of SQL, APIs, and Excel automation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in banking or financial services domain is an advantage.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdditional Requirements\nBe a Part of the UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
