Their main focus is on selling and structuring treasury solutions, including foreign exchange (FX) and investment products.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management\nIdentify and onboard corporate clients with treasury needs.\nMaintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they utilize treasury products effectively.\n2. Sales & Advisory\nOffer treasury solutions such as FX hedging, derivatives, liquidity management, and investment solutions.\nAdvise clients on market trends, currency risks, and interest rate movements.\n3. Market & Risk Analysis\nMonitor financial markets and economic trends to provide insights to clients.\n4. Collaboration with Internal Teams\nWork closely with the Global Market team to create tailored solutions.\nCoordinate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.\n5. Revenue Generation & Growth\nDrive revenue growth by increasing the bank’s share of treasury business.\nMeet sales targets through cross-selling and deepening client relationships.\nEligibility:\nProven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the treasury segment.\nStrong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent client relationship and negotiation skills.\nKnowledge of regulatory frameworks related to treasury products.\nAdditional Requirements\nBe a Part of the UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
