Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Come grow your career with us.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Lead Development member for PRO (Payments, Realtime Data Services, Open Banking), you will be responsible for collaborating, engage and work with stakeholders from project inception, analysis, design, development, testing to pre- and post-deployment phases.\nKey objective is to ensure good quality and smooth delivery of Swift enhancements that are fully in compliance with mandated framework and guidelines.\nYour work will focus on Payments Applications which includes Alliance Messaging Hub, Swift Alliance Gateway, Relationship Management Application.\nRole will involve management of project technical delivery with a view for end-to-end flow, implement AMH and AMG configuration changes, active engagement/participation in design and development, management of testing requirements, and planning for deployment and support. Includes preparation of all documentations for project and CR from development perspective.\nProject delivery management\nPlan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet Project’s requirements within allocated budget.\nManage and coordinate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution.\nMonitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.\nProvide status update related to technical delivery.\nReport to Development manager on the tasks assigned.\nPartner with Functional Business Analysts, System Analysts & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements.\nProvide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment.\nPartner with Development Manager, and Security Architect to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.\nPartner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements.\nPartner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.\nLead AMH CRs implementation and prepare all environment level changes along with CRQ for UAT and Production deployment.\nPrepare technical implementation plan across application teams.\nCoordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support.\n Job Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in related Information Technology disciplines.\nAt least 9 years’ experience in relevant Banking / Information Technology.\nKnowledge in Swift Alliance Messaging Hub, Swift Alliance Gateway, Relationship Management Application.\nGood understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nBe a part of UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
