Come grow your career with us.\nJob Responsibilities\nYou will be involved extensively and be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes). This includes anchoring key engagements with various stakeholders, analysis and design to development, implementation, release management, testing and support for the domain area of Payments, Real-Time Data Services and Open Banking APIs (PRO).\nWith a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.\nPlan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet Project’s requirements within allocated budget\n\nManage and coordinate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution\n\nMonitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery\n\nProvide status update related to technical delivery\n\nReport to Program and/or Project Manager for the strategic programs\n\nPartner with Functional Business Analysts, System Analysts & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements\n\nProvide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment\n\nPartner with Domain Architects, Development Manager, and Security Architect to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards\n\nPartner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results\n\nWork with IT Security team to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan\n\nPrepare technical implementation plan across application teams\n\nCoordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support\n\n Job Requirements\nThe ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and operating large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions:\n\nStrong communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders (both working level and management) across business and technical teams.\n\nStrong experience in driving technical delivery team from product vision to technical solution design and implementation with a keen eye on operability of the application system(s).\n\nPossesses service management and production support experience.\n\nExperience in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying potential solutions with the team.\n\nExperience in application development and operations of complex ETL flows.\n\nMandatory: Informatica PowerCenter.\n\nMandatory: Experience with database management systems (preferably Oracle and MariaDB)\n\nExperience in security management across the layers.\n\nExperience in Agile and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nBe a Part of the UOB Family\nUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
