This includes parking lot positions, tollbooths, pet kennels, and driver positions. You will:\nProvide exceptional, professional guest service in a team environment\nOperate trams to transport guests and Ambassadors from remote parking sites\nOperate shuttle buses to transport Ambassadors around the park and to the Ambassador Housing Village\nProvide crowd control for our courtesy tram operation\nAssist guests with wheelchairs or strollers on and off trams\nMake announcements on the tram with a microphone\nCommunicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests\nPerform other duties as assigned\n What it takes to succeed:\nMust be at least 18 years old\nMust have one of the following valid VA Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL): Class A or Class B with passenger and air brakes endorsements.\nCannot have the following Virginia CDL license restrictions: -(J) School/activity buses only -(L) May not drive vehicles with Full Air or Air over Hydraulic brakes -(N) Passenger operations limited to Class C vehicles -(P) Cannot operate passenger-carrying vehicles -(Q) Restricted school/daycare transportation authority -(Z) Cannot drive vehicles with Full Air brakes\nMust maintain a valid DOT Physical card\nMust be able to meet company driving guidelines\n2 years of experience as a driver preferred\nAbility to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone\n What else is important:\nMust be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.\nPosition engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed\nPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)\nMust be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
