This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle and serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving alignment with stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.\nThe Project Manager operates independently and works with agility to provide project leadership, navigating ambiguity, solving complex business challenges, and influencing cross-functional decisions. The Project Manager leads transformational projects, implementation of new processes and technologies, and other key HR initiatives. This role also contributes to the continuous development of HR PMO standards, methodologies, and project management capabilities across the division.\nCore accountabilities / key responsibilities: \nLeads large-scale, cross-functional HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation.\nDevelops and maintains comprehensive project plans while applying project management methodologies and best practices to manage scope, risks, quality, and stakeholder alignment to achieve successful business outcomes\nAnalyzes and resolves intricate project issues by applying deep knowledge and innovative solutions to maintain project momentum and success.\nHelps to identify and effectively engage project resources as needed. \nInfluences and communicates with stakeholders to guide teams through complex problem solving, ensuring that projects meet the established objectives.\nCommunicates clearly, effectively and in a timely manner with key stakeholders\nEnsures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and contribute to the success of HR’s strategy.\nUtilizes project metrics, reporting, and lessons learned to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.\nIdentifies opportunities to improve PMO standards, processes, tools, templates, and workflows.\nBuilds trusted partnerships with executives, sponsors, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nDevelops and delivers presentations to senior leaders on current projects to ensure visibility, alignment, and informed decision making. \nCollaborates with SMEs across the division to develop Project Management expertise and contribute to advancing HR project management capabilities and organizational effectiveness.\nBrings Change Management experience and focus on each project.\nImprove team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and build trust.\nDevelops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.\nThe base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.\nThe base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
