The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong technical fluency, and a proven ability to operate in ambiguity while influencing both engineering teams and executive leadership.\nThe salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience and skills.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and on-time delivery.\n\nPartner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and program roadmaps across multiple workstreams.\n\nEstablish and drive program governance, including status reporting, dependency and risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.\n\nProactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, ensuring accountability, alignment, and efficient decision-making across business units.\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts and trade-offs into clear business impacts and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAnticipate, surface, and mitigate risks, escalating when needed while driving solutions independently and decisively.\n\nDefine, track, and communicate key program metrics to measure progress, velocity, quality, and outcomes.\n\nProvide clear, executive-ready communication and reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders.\n\nRoll up your sleeves when necessary-diving into technical details, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers to maintain momentum.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n8+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 4 years in a dedicated Technical Program Manager role.\n\nStrong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and engineering trade-offs.\n\nProven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience working closely with software engineering and product teams; familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern collaboration/tooling.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels of the organization, including executives.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions and prioritize work.\n\nBias for action and ownership; operates as a driver of outcomes rather than a coordinator of tasks.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka).\n\nAbility to present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, tailoring the depth of technical detail to the audience.\n\nExposure to AI/ML or enterprise data initiatives is preferred.\n\nExperience in media, entertainment, or similarly fast-moving industries is preferred.\n\nWhat You Will Get\nThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of a leading global entertainment companies\n\nAccess to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellence\n\nThe opportunity to do the best work of your career\n\nWork in an inclusive and diverse company culture\n\nCompetitive programs to support your well-being\n\nExperience working in a collaborative environment with room to grow\n\nAbout UTA\nUTA is a premier global talent agency built for the future of media and entertainment.
