Founded in Ukraine, scaling worldwide\nAbout your role: We are looking for a Treasury Manager to help scale and strengthen our treasury function. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-currency cash flows across international banks, EMIs, crypto partners, and optimize treasury processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial stability and supporting the company's strategic growth.\nYou'll work cross-functionally with the Accounting, Financial Control, and Product teams, taking ownership of banking relationships, compliance processes, and continuously improving treasury operations as the business scales.\nIn this role, you will\nLead and develop the company's treasury function, driving its continuous improvement, scaling processes, and implementing best practices to support business growth.\n\nOwn end-to-end relationships with banks and EMIs - negotiating fees, credit terms, and service conditions\n\nAnalyze current banking costs and proactively identify optimization opportunities (e.g., switching accounts or providers to reduce fees)\n\nLead the opening and closing of bank and EMI accounts, including onboarding for new jurisdictions and business needs\n\nOwn KYC processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies\n\nIdentify financial and FX risks and develop strategies to mitigate them\n\nManage foreign exchange exposure and support decisions on currency and banking setup for new business flows\n\nEnsure accurate preparation of supporting documentation for payments and oversee bank card management\n\nBe able to step in and execute payments personally when needed, ensuring business continuity during team absences or peak load\n\nPrepare and analyze reporting on turnover, balances, and financial performance for management\n\nCoordinate correspondence with banks on operational matters, including refunds, chargebacks, and account-related issues\n\nContinuously improve and automate treasury-related processes in collaboration with Financial Control and other internal teams\n\nParticipate in the transition to a new ERP system, adapting treasury data structures and workflows accordingly\n\nSupport ad hoc projects and reporting as assigned by senior management\n\nIt’s all about you\n3+ years of experience specifically in a Treasury Manager role, preferably in IT, fintech, or a multi-jurisdictional business\n\nHands-on experience with international banks, EMIs, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking)\n\nExperience working with crypto payments/exchanges is a strong advantage\n\nExperience opening and closing bank/EMI accounts across multiple jurisdictions\n\nSolid understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements\n\nStrong analytical skills and confidence negotiating directly with banks on fees and terms\n\nUpper-Intermediate English proficiency, both oral and written\n\nStructured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work\n\nWould be a plus\nExperience with cash flow forecasting in a multi-entity/multi-currency structure\n\nKnowledge of ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365)\n\nPrior exposure to fintech or high-growth tech environments\n\nWhat we offer\nCare and support:\n20 paid vacation days, 15 sick days, and 6 additional days off for family events\n\nUp to 10 additional days off for public holidays\n\n100% medical insurance coverage\n\nSports and equipment reimbursement\n\nTeam building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch\n\nFinancial and legal support\n\nMaternity Recovery Support Allowance\n\nPosition retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine\n\nParticipation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine\n\nComfortable working environment:\n\nWork from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule\n\nModern equipment or depreciation of your own tools\n\nInvestment in your future:\n\nCollaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche\n\n70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here -
