Work closely with Product & Development team\nProven good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to all stake holders\nShould be a good communicator and can coordinate well with business and other stake holders\nWork collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have\nBe able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines\nBe very solid in analyzing & providing complete technical solutions for the given problems\nOwn the applications' technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems\nProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise\n\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science/IT/Math/Statistics/Engineering, or equivalent work experience\n3+ years of overall experience in in AI/ML engineering or related fields\nHands-on experience on Java, Spring boot, Camunda, Node.js , Next.js, Graphql, Kafka\nHands-on experience on React, Typescript, Familiarity with web components/ Parcel component\nExperience with Snowflake/Big Data for Reporting\nActively participate in projects deliverables within the Java Spring Framework, API, Angular, react and Kafka\nDesign and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks\nSolid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (eg, PyTorch, TensorFlow)\nIntegrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services like Azure Document Intelligence Service\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in health care industry\nExperience working in Agile environment\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
