Growing together.\nWe are seeking an Agentic AI Developer to join our AI Engineering team and drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions for MarTech usecases. The role requires hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native application development.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAgentic AI DevelopmentDesign and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool invocation, and workflow execution\nBuild agent workflows using agent orchestration frameworks\nDevelop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations\nEnable human-in-the-loop controls and agent governance mechanisms\n\nLLM & Generative AI EngineeringEvaluate, select, and integrate appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases\nDesign robust prompt engineering and prompt management strategies\nOptimize model performance, latency, cost, and response quality\nImplement model evaluation and monitoring frameworks\n\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG solutions\nBuild document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking pipelines\nManage vector databases and knowledge repositories\nImprove factual accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations through grounded retrieval strategies\n\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
