The role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management to drive high-quality, scalable, and business-impacting solutions.\nPrimary Responsibility:\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) \nExperience with Git and version control practices \nSolid frontend experience with React (JavaScript / TypeScript) \nSolid expertise in .NET / .NET Core API development \nSolid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system design\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with scalable enterprise applications\nKnowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Containers) \nKnowledge of Microservices architecture\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices \nExposure to AI/GenAI engineering or productivity tools\nLeadership & Behavioral SkillsDemonstrated solid people management and mentoring capability\nDemonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management\nDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making mindset\nDemonstrated ability to balance hands-on tech involvement with leadership\n\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
