A successful candidate will play a key role in DevOps, designing, developing, and implementing new features for the BnE platform.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nParticipate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code\nCollaborate with the team to design and launch new features\nMaintain and improve the performance of existing software\nClearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues\nParticipate in our agile development process, Scrum\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nGraduate degree or equivalent experience\nExperience with backend API development\nMySql, MongoDB and experience designing and maintaining databases \nProven experience as a Lead/Sr Software Engineer or similar role\nUnderstanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications and DevOps\nSolid proficiency with Spring, Spring boot, Java, JavaScript and familiarity with React/Angular\nDemonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProven quick learner who is excited about learning new programming languages and technologies\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
