Adoptions will cost more, and will be off target. *SPANS & LAYERS* Individual Contributor\nApply agile product management principles doing customer value analysis, product road mapping, product backlog item refining, product backlog item prioritization, and may serve as an agile team product owner\nWork with technology teams and business users to understand how technology can be most effectively leveraged to advance business goals\nWork with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand what is required to drive value\nWrite features and acceptance criteria\nManage product backlogs (refine product backlog items, prioritize product backlog items)\nEnsure agile and team ceremonies are effective (planning, daily SCRUM, retrospectives)\nDetermine dependencies and negotiate solutions\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProduct manager experience / product management methodology knowledge\nHL7 and / or FHIR experience\nExperience with Rally (agile software) (1+ years)\nExperience with Aha!
