Growing together.\nThis position functions as a subject matter expert across three key domains.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nData Engineering & Analytics\nHealthcare Risk Adjustment & Health Plan Data\nApplication-Level Analysis & Troubleshooting\nBe able to identify root causes of system, data, and workflow issues; recommend corrective actions; and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution\n\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\n2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Clinical Data Analyst, or Healthcare Analyst\nExpertise in business intelligence, databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, SQL, Python, and analytical best practices to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions\nDeep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial risk adjustment programs to ensure accurate interpretation, reporting, and application of industry specific data\nAdvanced knowledge on Tableau and Power BI\nAdvanced to expert proficiency in SQL\nAdvanced to expert proficiency in Python\nProven solid mastery of Microsoft Excel\nDemonstrated excellent communication skills\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
