Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced data pipelines and ETL processes using niche technologies\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex data requirements and deliver tailored solutions\nEnsure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and monitoring processes\nOptimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability\nDevelop comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes and systems\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nGraduate degree or equivalent experience\nBE/BTech in any Engineering Stream\nHands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and services such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks AI/ML, MLflow\nExperience with ETL tools (e.g., DataStage) and implementation of large-scale Data Warehouse solutions\nExperience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and big data technologies such as Spark\nExperience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions, including leveraging\nKnowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-powered data analytics, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms\nSolid knowledge of SQL, database design, and database management systems\nUnderstanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, model lifecycle management, and AI solution deployment in cloud environments\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience developing scalable data processing solutions\nDemonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and business value through data and AI-driven solutions\nPreferred Qualification:\nKnowledge of LangChain, or similar technologies\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
