Growing together.\nThe Data Entry Representative supports the Imaging Services team by reviewing, reconciling, and accurately entering imaging orders received via fax. This is a non-phone-based data entry role focused on processing, reconciling, and transcribing imaging orders received via fax. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Epic, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and familiarity with imaging exams and procedures.\nThis position plays a critical role in ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and ready for scheduling while maintaining timely communication with provider offices and internal scheduling teams.\nThis position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.\nThis will be on the job training and the hours during training will be during normal business hours.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nReview, reconcile, and accurately enter imaging orders received via fax into the appropriate systems.\nVerify that orders contain all required information and documentation.\nIdentify incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information and contact provider offices to request corrected or updated orders.\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of order status and follow-up activities.\nCollaborate closely with scheduling teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.\nPrioritize and expedite STAT orders requiring immediate attention.\nEnsure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\nSupport workflow efficiency by monitoring order queues and addressing processing backlogs when necessary.\nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma / GED\nMust be 18 years of age OR older\n1+ years of healthcare industry experience \nFamiliarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications\nAbility to work an eight-hour shift between, Monday - Friday, 08:30AM - 05:00PM MST\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with radiology terminology\nEPIC experience\nTelecommuting Requirements:\nAbility to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)\nRequired to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy\nMust live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service\nSoft Skills:\nDemonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner\nStrong communication skills, empathy\nCritical thinking skills to problem solve and resolve customer concerns\nAbility to multi - task duties as well as the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product\n*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
