Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCollaborates across business units with stakeholders, providing thought leadership, and driving day-to-day implementation of our analytics strategy\nBe able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity\nLead the advanced statistics domain for the team & develop/refine/improve predictive models using advance Python & machine learning techniques and mentor's junior/senior analysts/statisticians to develop their modeling/statistical skills\nDevelop and maintain working relationships with key customer stakeholders\nFocused on helping team improve modeling predictability, analytics driven strategy development, operational efficiency \nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so\nRequired Qualifications:\nFulltime graduation degree\n3+ years of hands-on experience of solving real world business problems leveraging data science tools\nExperience in data analytics, predictive & statistical modeling, strategy, project management, team management and business development, Interpersonal coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative and analytical skills \nKnowledge of statistical tools and techniques, especially those relating to machine learning, NLP, data mining & analysis.
