Growing together.\nThe Epic Trainer delivers training on ProHealth Physicians' Epic applications to all ProHealth staff through classroom, online and one-on-one instruction; provides go-live and post-go live coaching and support; conducts workflow analysis, process design and training of staff as related to implementation and Epic; assists with revising, technical and non-technical manuals for end users and classroom training material for clinical and non-clinical users of ProHealth's information systems.\nThis position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.\nWe offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDeliver training one-on-one, online or in a classroom\nConduct practice site visits and application support for assigned regions, clinical and non-clinical\nAssist with the development of new training materials\nSupport various ProHealth programs related to Epic Applications\nBachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, information sciences, or related field preferred; experience or alternative degree may be considered in lieu of education\nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma / GED\nMust be 18 years of age OR older\n1+ years of experience working in a healthcare delivery setting, a physician practice\nExperience in Epic\nReliable mode of transportation and valid Driver's license\nPresentation skills\nAbility to drive to training locations as needed within the market\nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time domestically\nSkills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)\nAbility to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
