The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while leveraging Generative AI capabilities to build intelligent and innovative solutions.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)\nBuild scalable REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications\nDevelop responsive, secure, and high-performance user interfaces\nIntegrate Generative AI capabilities into applications to drive automation and enhance user experiences\nBuild and manage applications on AWS Cloud leveraging services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes\nWork with AI frameworks, LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration tools\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions\nEnsure application quality through code reviews, automated testing, security scans, and DevOps best practices\nTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nB. Tech / MCA (16+ years of formal education)\n4+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer in React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)\nHands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with a solid understanding of micro-services Architecture\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes/NoMad, and Jenkins\nProficient in GenAI, Python, Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, RESTful APIs, Splunk, and MySQL\nProven solid grasp of core design principles for building scalable and maintainable applications\nDemonstrated solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities\nProven support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance\nProven effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProven fast learner with a passion for exploring new programming languages and emerging technologies\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
