Growing together.\nAs the Intake Coordinator, you will receive and analyze incoming referral and order calls while effectively communicating patient/referral information to appropriate teams.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nObtain demographic and clinical information from clients, physician's offices, and other referral sources to compile referrals\nVerify new referring physician licenses on referrals taken in department\nResearch coverage or pay source for each referral and verifies commercial policies and HIQA\nEducate prospective patients, families, physicians, and hospitals regarding home health services available\nServe as a liaison between clinical and marketing staff\nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1+ years of experience in office procedures\n1+ years of insurance/medical experience\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
