Growing together.\nAs aProject Manager - Marketing Operations, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing communications and campaigns across multiple channels, including email, print, and digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, creative, data, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and communications for B2B and B2C audiences\nCoordinate with marketing, creative, analytics, data, digital, and print teams to ensure smooth project execution\nCreate and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies\nServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular project status updates\nLead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment across teams\nTrack project progress using project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms\nMonitor project quality, compliance, approvals, and delivery requirements\nIdentify and resolve issues that could impact timelines, quality, or business outcomes\nMaintain project documentation, reports, and communication throughout the project lifecycle\nContinuously improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency\nQuickly adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and new technologies\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
