Growing together.\nThis role will be responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of manual / automation / performance scripts for Contact Centre applications.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nIdentify the business challenges and potential scope for Automation\nUse enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive continuous improvement\nEvaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation\nOwn end-to-end quality strategy, test planning, execution, and release readiness for BOT and enterprise applications\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts, contribute to test coverage expansion, follow automation standards, and support framework enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability\nDrive deployment validation, production readiness assessments, and post-release quality monitoring activities\nMentor, guide, and manage QA team members while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning\nCollaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables\nEstablish QA standards, governance practices, metrics, and continuous improvement processes across projects\nAnalyze quality trends, risks, and performance metrics to support strategic decisions and operational excellence\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\n10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and 5+ years with Cyara testing\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools\nExperience building AI-driven solutions for QA process improvement\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment validation\nProven leadership experience in mentoring, managing, and developing QA teams\nSolid expertise in BOT, RPA, and enterprise application testing\nKnowledge of API, UI, database, performance, and integration testing\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript\nProven excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
